  We purchased a Bemco Posture Fairfax in 2012 the mattress is sinking in the middle on both sides (as we regularly turn the mattress). Yesterday 7/6/2016 I spoke to someone at your phone number I was told that we would have to bring the mattress back. Please understand that this is a queen size mattress my husband is 79yrs and I am 75 This would entail us putting the mattress on top of the car and take it to Dunn N.C., that is 3hrs away, then repeat the same thing when it is repaired!!! What kind of warranty is this? Please give us a better option. Thank you, Nancy Gray
